This group was my warm-up act. Ha! I played during dinner in the Chantilly ballroom of the Anatole Hotel for 400 people. It was the Holy Trinity Seminarian dinner with planner Jacqueline Weaver Hill of Jacqueline Events & Design. Wendy Brooke Timson and Jennifer Harris were also on hand. I also played for the VIP cocktail hour in the Wedgewood room prior to the dinner. #solojazzguitar #soloclassicalguitar #nonprofiteventmusic
Well, the bride wisely changed the wedding site from the garden to the back of the Camp House at the Dallas Arboretum due to chance of rain with Rachel Leo. Guitar, violin (Wana Hong), and vocalist for the ceremony. The jazz trio with Russ Rand on bass and Wana on violin played the reception in the big tent. I really like sound in a tent. It might be an overlooked attribute! #dallasarboretumwedding #arboretumweddingguitar #violindallaswedding
Wedding ceremony at Temple Emanu-El with Jeff Robbins on flute and sax, and planners Chloe Allday and Samantha Garrigan from A Stylish Soiree. We do play Jewish music but our bride decided against having any. She had us play Over the Rainbow for her processional making good use of the sax! #jewishweddingdallas #templeemanuelwedding
This was the second promotional event I did with American Airlines and Mastercard. Due to the weather, it was moved indoors to the Mirador. I played the cocktail hour and then moved for the dinner which I don't yet have pictures of. With Jessica Cates from CroudSource, planner. #AAevent #corporateeventmusic #dallaseventmusic
A wonderful November morning in the Dallas Arboretum Sunken Garden for a wedding ceremony! Then over to Times Ten Cellars for the reception where I was squeezed into a smaller space than I would have thought possible. #timestencellarsmusic #dallasarboretummusic #Arboretumgardenwedding
Centennial celebration at Cushman & Wakefield catered by Fearing's Restaurant with an appearance by the chef himself, and assistance from Angela Morgan Massoudi. I hope they don't wait another 100 years before they call me again.
