Outdoor event in February?

Well after beautiful and warm February weather, this day is cold and windy. I often bring my own heater except where that would be difficult. Folks, if you are planning an outdoor event in the winter, you have to have those heaters ready and the proper number. It may be comfort for the guests but for me it jeopardizes my livelihood.
