Great event planning begins with communication. By bringing your event professionals into the loop, you can get the team all working together towards the same goal. Basic information such as the number of guests and who they are, the purpose of the event, is there a program/speaker?, what time?, etc. are all important things for the musicians to know as well. There is nothing worse than coming back from a break only to have a speaker begin or to find out about the theme of the event during, or worse, after the event. This should all be communicated in advance so it can be planned for and coordinated to produce an exceptional event.
