Ritz-Carlton Residences

It's for sale! No, not my guitar but this soon to be finished and furnished home in the Ritz-Carlton Tower 2. The garage is on the bottom and then five more floors and of course an elevator if you've already exceeded your steps for the day. I'm playing next to the uninstalled wine rack which will go from floor to ceiling. The balcony overlooks the pool. I believe I heard $6.7 million. I think it would have sounded better if the wood floors weren't covered up.
